This is a Christmas Qee I designed back in the day. The little terror goes by the name of Rudi (Rudolf). Though he means well, he's a mischievous bear who can't help but steal your presents from under the christmas tree. A lot of love went into this character so I'm not so sure as to why he's as naughty as he is. Maybe one day Santa will give him a break. About Qee:
